Hello, I’m Dr. Ada Neil. I am the founder of North Loop Dental here in Houston. We pride ourselves on providing the personal care our patients expect and deserve.My journey into dentistry started at the University of Texas at Austin, followed by the Coastal Bend College Dental Hygiene Program. I worked as a hygienist for four years, and I loved the profession so much that I wanted to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve my patients. I obtained my doctorate from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2009. After graduation I moved to Texas, where I practiced in The Woodlands for eight years before moving my practice to Houston in 2020.
We provide a wide range of services for everyone in your family—from routine checkups and cleanings to root canals, fillings, extractions, and dentures. For those who need cosmetic treatment, we offer crowns, veneers, clear aligners, Botox, and fillers. We provide personalized care that’s truly comprehensive.
I grew up right here in Houston. My roots go back to El Salvador, where my family emigrated from in the 1980s. I’m fluent in Spanish and love being able to connect with patients in both English and Spanish. Outside of my dental practice, I am a proud mom and a travel enthusiast, and I enjoy spending time working in my garden.

Perla Alvarado
Dental Receptionist.Perla Alvarado is a kindhearted and dedicated dental receptionist with over 12 years of experience in front desk operations and patient care. Since 2013, she has also worked closely with personal injury cases, combining her attention to detail with a deep commitment to helping others.Perla is known for her warm smile and her ability to make every patient feel welcome and at ease. She’s passionate about creating a friendly, supportive environment and is always eager to learn and grow in her field.Originally from San Luis Potosí, Perla has a deep love for her roots—especially watching sunsets in Real de Catorce and enjoying traditional favorites like enchiladas potosinas, nopales, tunas, peyoconchas, and tepache. She grew up in north Houston and graduated from MacArthur High School in 2003.Outside of work, Perla enjoys nature walks, quality time with family and friends, and embracing new adventures wherever they may lead.
